We understand that meeting deadlines with quality garments is essential for most designers, PPS will issue you with a timeline for your collection before you begin Stage 1 to make sure we can meet your delivery dates. Contact us for your personalised timeline.

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Yes, we have worked with businesses in U.S., UK, Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Bali and Singapore.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES FOR CLOTHING?

We can do as little as 50 units and for more bespoke items this number can be even lower. Most Chinese manufactures will not take on such small orders, but because of our long relationships with the manufacturers, we have negotiated smaller MOQ’s for you.

CAN YOU SOURCE CUSTOM PACKAGING FOR MY PRODUCT?

Yes, we just need you to send us your specifications and we will have them made for you.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT MY DESIGN ISN’T COPIED?

Clients are welcome to send us a non disclosure agreement that both PPS and your manufacturer will happily sign.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS WORK?

We can either use your existing freight account or recommend a freight company that would suite your business better. We will organise all shipments to and from China for you.

CAN YOU HELP ME PRODUCE HOME WARES?

Definitely, we can work to any design brief and source suitable suppliers/manufacturers for you, whether it be home wares, jewellery, accessories, bags, furniture, uniforms etc.

HOW MUCH WILL MY GARMENT COST?

Every garment will cost a different price depending on fabric, print, design and quantity. After stage 1 is complete we will be able to send you an accurate quote. For PPS fees please click here.

WHAT TYPES OF FABRIC DO YOU WORK WITH?

We can work with any fabric and any design, we choose the most suitable manufacturer for you based on your specifications.

WHAT IF I DON’T NEED ANYTHING PRODUCED BUT I WOULD LIKE TO USE SOME OF YOUR OTHER SERVICES?

That is perfectly fine, we understand that every label will have different needs, if you are happy with how your production and sampling is going but need help in another fields such as logo design, technical packs, illustrations, fabric sourcing, designing, dying etc. Please feel free to contact us.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE I RECEIVE A QUALITY PRODUCT?

Our team in Sydney and China constantly monitor the progress of your product; visiting the factories and checking each piece, as well as taking photo’s and sending to you for approval before anything is shipped.

CAN I VISIT THE MANUFACTURER THAT IS MAKING MY PRODUCTS?

Yes, we regularly hold China Trips, where you can source fabrics, buy garment samples, visit your manufacturer and gain a better understanding of China manufacturing and the processes they use.

CAN YOU SOURCE MY FABRICS AND ACCESSORIES FOR ME?

Absolutely. We have access to an enormous range of fabric suppliers. Simply provide a physical sample, or sample image as a reference and our staff can source your fabric/accessories through our suppliers in China. If you wanted to source your own fabric and create your own catalogue of fabrics you can use for future collections we recommend coming on one of our China Tours.

CAN YOU HELP ME CREATE MY OWN CUSTOM PRINT?

Of course, we have an in house graphic designer that can work with you to produce your own print.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU TO START SAMPLING?

We require tech packs to start sampling so the manufacturers have all the details to create your designs, if you are having trouble completing these we have Garment Technicians and Designers on hand to assist you.

I AM A NEW LABEL AND THIS IS MY FIRST COLLECTION, CAN YOU HELP ME TURN MY IDEAS INTO FINISHED GARMENTS?

Absolutely, we can guide you through every process of development, samples and production, our team is heavily connected with the Australian Fashion Industry and can refer you to other services that may assist you with your business.
